Ready homes and off-plan homes in Dubai
A ready home in Dubai is a finished apartment or villa you can view and transfer at the Dubai Land Department. An off-plan home is bought from a developer before handover, usually with a payment plan and an escrow account.
Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Beach Residence, and much of Downtown are ready stock. Dubai Creek Harbour, DAMAC Lagoons, and parts of Dubai Hills and Mohammed Bin Rashid City still have off-plan releases beside completed buildings. The project pages on this site describe those communities. Asking prices on the property pages are representative of what those homes are offered for, and a final price is agreed on the unit itself.
